Gain Yourself to Lose Weight Seminar

Seminar Outline

In this two hour workshop, participants will understand how to gain control over their eating and weight that will allow them to maintain a healthy weight. They will also understand that it is not about solving a problem, rather it is about finding that part of themselves (which we all luckily have) that does not have a problem with eating and weight.

Learning outcomes

· To understand that it is not a fault in ‘ourselves’ that eating and/ or weight is a struggle. Rather it is just that some have become disconnected from who they truly are.
· To understand our own inner ‘Weight Regulator’.
· To provide participants with the first step to connect to their ‘Weight Regulator’ which will enable everyone the opportunity to start their path of ‘EFFORTLESS EATING AND WEIGHT LOSS’.
· To inspire participants to fully embrace their ‘Weight Regulator’ and do all they can to make their eating and weight an absolute magnificent experience.

Content includes

· What is a ‘Weight Regulator’.
· How can you tap into your ‘Weight Regulator’
· Joanne’s experience of what ‘true cause’ eating and weight issues are.
· Two clients of Joanne’s will speak about how they have used their ‘Weight Regulator’.
· Questions, answers and discussion.

As a result of this two hour workshop, individuals will capture the concept that it does not really matter what weight we choose to be what matters is we are able to constantly be connected to that part of ourselves that ‘knows’ and can realign our eating and weight effortlessly no matter how much weight we have gained or gain. So it is about gaining back that inner part of ourselves that is in control and has the empowerment, confidence, wisdom, sense and maturity to say ‘enough’ before too much damage is caused and then calmly with diligence and grace allows eating and therefore weight to return to ‘normal. ‘Normal’ being ones absolute magnificence.
