Hello Team!!!
It is the 10th of January today and it is time for 2010 to 'kick' in!!! We have been given plenty of time to 'set our intentions'!!! The Team are saying that the creative energy of 2010 cannot wait much longer before it sweeps in to take us down the track we have intended!!!
Have you set your intentions for this month at least???
I spoke to a colleague today about intentions!!! What I wanted to clarify is that you are not waiting until the date to receive what you have intended. No. It can happen at anytime. What you really need to capture before that date is the essence or the energy of what it is you are intending when you set the intention. It is really this that you want. For without the actual 'feeling' or essence of what you are intending nothing will show up in reflection.
All you really need to 'do' is capture the 'feel' of what you intend by the date you have set. The physical materialisation will follow.
I have found that once you set the intention and capture the 'feel' of the intention as soon as you can, the living material reflections come around within a matter of days, moments or seconds!!!
I usually aim to capture the essence of the intention as I am setting the intention, then I can sit back, relax and flow with 'The Plan' 'knowing' I am being perfectly taken care of. Then when the living reflection of my intention materialises it is so sweet!!! Perfect. It is Perfect. Thank you for Everything I say to that!!!
When you are preparing your intentions it is not just words on a page. It is a reflection of what your plan for the future 'feels' like to you. It is part of you. Part of your experience yet to arrive. It is just as real as your past experience. It has the same amount of energy in it!!! Your future is as 'real' as your past!!!
If you can 'feel' your future you can bring it into your living experience.
To capture the essence of your future for your intentions take a moment to deicde what 'feels' like the next step for you. Choose one area of your life to focus on. For example let's focus on career/ income. I will use an example from an experience I had with a client today. We were discussing her current position in the international company she works for. Despite the great success she has had with this company she is ready for her next step.
I asked her, 'what does your next position look and feel like?' At first she was unsure. Then she said 'more money'. Like most this is as much as they 'intend' for and as a result not much happens! So we articulated the intention into precise, accurate and measurable results! So ultimately the intention looked like: by the 30th of March 2010 I had my new job, $100,000 p.a. 9.00am-5.00pm, 5 days a week with a company car.
Can you see her intention was clear, precise and accurate with measurable results. A clear picture for the universe to respond to. The key was she 'got it' once we detailed the picture of the future. She could accept the future and flow with it 'knowing' what it looked and 'felt' like!!! Once she 'got' the 'feeling' for it, she relaxed for she felt like it was so simple and easy now to actually have this job materialise.
Prior to the conversation she felt stuck, trapped and dissatisfied. By the end of the conversation she was flying free 'knowing' she could attract and find that next job. Once she went from feeling frustrated and caught to feeling free she is giving herself the chance to 'see' her new job coming towards her!!!

Capture the 'feeling' and precise parameters of your intention to allow it to become simply and easily the 'next step'.
Go from feeling stuck, uncertain and unsure to gliding with confidence and grace into the future, eyes wide open and awareness attuned to your new opportunities arriving.
The latter state of being guarantees you attract the good to you. The former keeps you living with the old reality, again!!!
