Hello my Team on earth on this 10th day of March!
What a great day!!! It was a day of weight loss!!!! 'What do you mean by this Jo?!' I hear you ask!!!
Well I had a meeting with the owner of Curves Weight Loss Centre to discuss women, food, eating, exercise, weight loss and of course how important mindset is when it comes to making or breaking the ultimate success of a lifestyle change!!! I liked this man, Tavun Atkins, for he 'got' that women were more complicated than just eating exercising machines! He 'got' that to truly be successful women needed to explore all aspects of what affects their food choices and exercise levels so that they come from a space of authentic true honour of self and not from self-hurt or sabotage. For coming from a mindset that 'beats us up' or a mindset that thinks we aren't 'good enough' actually sabotages our weight loss success and initiates what we would see as 'failure'.
We saw eye-to-eye and I liked the Curves philosophy in their willingness to offer an effective and efficent workout in a safe and nurturing environment. With nutritional guidance that was sound. I am pretty protective of women who enter the weight loss industry for I feel they are often promised so much but often the products don't offer a system of support that truly solves all the problems relating to their individual case. So they come away 'not helped'! But this man seemed to be keen to offer his women as much support to ensure they have a chance to get truly well and evolve into somewho who doesn't have an issue with their weight! So I am going to provide 'Think Yourself Thin' seminars with him!!! How cool???!!!
I was happy to support this man in his endeavours to help women as much as I choose to help women!
So tomorrow night at my 'Think Yourself Thin' seminar at 'Heavenly Energies', 499 Willoughby Road, Willoughby from 7.00pm-9.00pm I will have some guest passes and a few copies of 'Diane' Curves In -House Magazine to give away for those who would love support to evolve their whole being into living as the magnificent being they truly are!
